The questions we hear most before a project kicks off.
How do we get started?
Send us a message or book a call through the contact form below. We'll ask a few questions about your goals, then send over a scoped proposal — usually within one business day. Nothing is billed until you approve it.
How involved will I need to be during the project?
As much or as little as you'd like. Most clients get a short weekly update and a review checkpoint at each major milestone. You'll always have a single point of contact, so you're never chasing different people for answers.
What's the typical timeline?
A standard website runs 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Systems and automation work varies more depending on scope — we'll give you a realistic date range in the proposal, not just a best case.
How does pricing and payment work?
Every project is quoted as a fixed scope before we start, so there are no surprise invoices. We typically split payment into a deposit and milestone-based instalments, laid out clearly in the proposal.
What happens after launch?
You own everything we build — no lock-in. We also offer ongoing support and hosting plans if you'd rather not manage updates, backups and monitoring yourself.
What if I'm not happy with the direction?
You'll see work in progress, not just a final reveal — design and structure are reviewed with you before development starts, so course corrections happen early and cheaply, not after launch.
